Fashion luxury house Balenciaga designed bespoke kits for Team SMG. With rosters in China, Singapore and Malaysia and positioned as the 'premier esports brand', the esports team is looking to grow its popularity across the whole Chinese and Pacific-Asian regions. This is Balenciaga's first official foray into esports, after the brand notoriously launched its autumn 21 collection via a web-based video game, dropped a line of skins into Fortnite, or more recently released an esports-inspired short-sleeve shirt (that wasn't associated with any teams).
