Lil Nas X / Riot Games
Star Walkin' – LoL Worlds anthem
The League of Legends World Championship arguably is the most prestigious esports event, and this year Lil Nas X is in charge of getting it all hyped up. Following a stunt video appointing him as temporary President of Riot Games, the company revealed the official tournament anthem 'Star Walkin' - a brand-new track from the rapper. The complementary animated music video features some of the biggest esports stars in a blend of gaming, streetwear and anime aesthetics. In addition to taking over League's social, Lil Nas X is of course set to perform the song at the event in SF, and also designed a skin for upcoming game character K'Sante, that will drop during the competition.
