Burberry worked with one of the most established Roblox fashion designer @Builder_Boy to create five virtual iterations of the signature Lola handbag. The special branded event on Roblox's avatar store came in five waves, each lasting 24 hours. The pieces were listed at 800 Robux ($10) and came with an exclusive 'emote'. The handbags themselves were reinterpreted through the lens of nature, using patterns such as clouds, water and wild foliage. Last but not least, on the secondary market, the items generated about $130k in sales to date according to GEEIQ's data.
